Creating A Mood

Most things in life don’t just happen. In this conversation we are beginning to explore how we, “set the mood for sleep”. We have many task and responsibilities in our 24 hour period but we don’t manage time to create a for ourselves a restful environment. How many of us honestly enjoy a peaceful goodnight?

I encourage you to invest in a diffuser and essential oils. Begin to build on your goodnight props! I also suggest you research essential oils as the list below is just a start. Blended oils, plug in’s, air fresheners and aroma candles are all options to add to your goodnight props.

Create A Mood for Sleep

I invested in a low cost new essential oil diffuser. I purchased my diffuser and oils on Amazon. I love my new diffuser, it has a timer, I choose how large or small I’d like the mist,led lights and a remote control. This small unit opens up the entire apartment.

My oils are a set of 8 and include detailed information on their use. They also supply the consumer with what mixes well together.
