It is national adoption month.

The Sunflower Organization was created to support the needs of the young lady in her teenage years who will or has aged out of foster care. I was fortunate to have been placed with my parents at six months old. My adoption was finalized at two years old.

I had great parents,loving family,stability, and guidance. I was always provided for in my needs and wants growing up. Unfortunately Sunflower doesn’t have this. Her options are few and possibilities not nurtured.

I am passionate about my burden because I was blessed. Sunflower needs us to care about her and her wellbeing.
