At 12:00am the world’s clock will reset. We will be gifted with another opportunity to make vows, commitments and resolutions we can’t keep. We seem to have the idea,more is better about most things.
I am challenging you to think on five things of real importance that you need to change. Once you have selected your top five pray and ask God to enlighten you on the top three areas of your life that need to be fixed.
Most of us do need to work on managing our time, prayer and “Eating To Live”. The twist is if you commit to these three important areas of your life, they will encompass other areas like your stress, your energy,your joy and your peace.

Preparation Tips
Include detox water with lemon,lime,cucumber and mint.
Schedule your day and set alarms ex:lunch time, bedtime and wake up.
Pray, meditate and spend time with Abba.
Use your “dnd” on your devices.
Invest in your tools juicer,mason jars,small freezer bags for healthy snacks,books and journal.
