Hopefully you started your preparation for transformation. It is very important you repetitiously say to yourself, “self” this part of the journey is spiritual,it is a major in spending time with God and a minor in the food you consume. Depend on Abba not yourself and be committed to favorable change. He has you, accept His love!
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30

I prepared my berries for smoothies with a rinse in apple cider vinegar. It is suggested to buy organic because they have less pesticides. Berries are rich in antioxidants and good for fighting cell damage. I have a simple $20 bullet. I purchased my bullet at Ollie’s ,which also included 4 cups. I prefer to make my drink with Silk Almond Vanilla and add a banana. In addition bananas are a great source of potassium, help manage blood pressure and aid in decreasing sodium in your body.
