Day 31
Our first month of Focus 2025 is coming to an end. On February 1, 2025 we will be on Day 32.
I am encouraging you to not give up. I am encouraging you to celebrate your small steps and to keep taking them. If you are serious about “Eating To Live” just do something’s different.
Make your sleep and rest a priority. Use dnd on your devices. Start meal prepping. Personally, I love beef! My love affair with beef is ending and I will be leaving it behind. I will be adding more organic vegetable dishes. I am excited to seek and make new healthier recipes.
Knowledge is power and in January we learned something’s in “Think & Eat Yourself Smart”.
We are so busy, to busy to make good eating decisions for ourselves. Our responsibilities don’t stop but we have to stop the hurry long enough to shop,eat and cook “real food”. “Food like products” are quick and yes less expensive but have unhealthy consequences. The consequences are a result of digesting mystery food,unknown chemicals, pesticides, preservatives and growth hormones.
Tap back into the original blue print God intended in the garden:
